Pentair Aquatic Eco-Systems buys PR Aqua

Pentair Aquatic Eco-Systems (Canada), Inc. announced December 15, 2014 that it has acquired PR Aqua Supplies Ltd, a leading aquaculture design and equipment provider based in Nanaimo, B.C. Canada.

            PR Aqua Supplies produces integrated water treatment and fish handling solutions for a variety of applications, including Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).

            In a press release, Karl Frykman, President of Pentair’s Aquatic Systems stated “the addition of PR Aqua complements our ability to meet the increasing market demand for cutting edge technology, equipment and engineered solutions as a comprehensive single source provider.”
