Recruitment and mentorship

Panelists:

  • Kathleen Offman Mathisen, CHRO, Grieg Seafood Norway
  • Leah Stoker, Senior Consultant, AquacultureTalent
  • Tina Garlinski-Gonsky, Director of Human Resources, Grieg Seafood BC
In this panel, discussion will be around the key to accelerating development, and provide what some describe as ‘shortcuts to success’ in the aquaculture industry. Mentorship is important, as mentors can offer advice on navigating their careers and finding a work-life balance. Women who have been mentored describe the experience and the skills they acquired as essential toolkits for their professional lives. Our panelists will answer the questions of finding aquaculture jobs, recruiting interns, and finding career mentors.
