New Brunswick-based True North Salmon (TNS) has announced a partnership with a celebrated chef known for his advocacy of sustainable seafood with programs such as the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch.
The company announced the alliance with founding member of the Seafood Choices Alliance and respected restaurateur Rick Moonen, who is to serve as brand ambassador for TNS, part of the Cooke Aquaculture group of companies.
Moonen acknowledged that he is proud to partner with TNS.
“Through their responsible raising of salmon,” he said, “seafood lovers can have peace of mind as they enjoy each delicious bite of True North Salmon.”
