Aquaculture Awards 2020 open for submissions

Nomination entries for the Aquaculture Awards 2020 is officially open.

Categories for the awards were announced Nov. 4 by Aquaculture UK to showcase “the cutting-edge innovators and most exciting developments” in the global aquaculture industry. The deadline for submissions is March 9, 2020.

“The 2020 awards categories have been chosen to highlight excellence across the sector, from the contribution of individuals just starting in the industry, to the impact made by established multi-nationals which have an ability to improve food security around the world,” says event organiser Susan Tinch.

The 2020 Awards include four new categories: Rising star, People’s choice, Unsung hero and Collaboration. For a full list of awards categories, visit aquacultureawards.com.

The 2020 Awards will be presented during the Aquaculture UK exhibition in Aviemore, Scotland on May 20, 2020.
